The Airport Shuttle service we offer is a shared transfer service, so you will normally be traveling with other people who are also going to or
from the airport. If you have a larger group traveling together it may be a good idea to book an exclusive transfer.
When you make a booking with us in advance, we will only be able to give you an indicative time
for collection when going to the airport. This is because until the day before the transfer we often don't know how many persons and from which collection points they will be traveling.
If you book within
24 hours from your travel time, we may ask you to join the shuttle service at our Tauranga Airport depot, this is because the other passengers using the shuttle will already have been advised of their collection times.
In some cases we can still offer the door to door service, depending on your address and the shuttle route taken.
When returning from an airport our shuttle drivers may also be waiting for other flights arriving
at different times, so we do ask that you are patient while we wait for these passengers. With the frequent services we offer to and from the airports we do try and reduce any waiting time as much as possible.
We will contact you the day before your flight to give you an updated time of collection. This is based on the check in time you have requested, how many other persons we have to collect and from which
locations.
All of our shuttle runs are arranged to get you to or from the airport in the most efficient way, though in some cases your journey will involve meeting other Luxury Airport Shuttles en-route to
exchange passengers.
If the pickup times we offer you are not suitable, have you consider booking a night in one of the local Airport Motels, this allows us to take you to the Auckland at a reasonable
hour, you can have a good rest at the Motel overnight and they will then transfer you to the airport for those early morning departures.
